ADMISSION FEES

Children entering 4th grade and younger- Free
Children entering 5th grade and older - $7 per day
All adults - $7 per day per person
$20 for season ticket per person
Tickets may be purchased in advance at the extension office or the local banks
No free admissions to anyone except judges
No charge for parking

Free Admission until the following times:
Wednesday 11:00 a.m.
Thursday 7:30 a.m.
Friday. 7:30 a.m.
Saturday 7:30 a.m.
Sunday 9:00 a.m.

CAMPING

Campers who have camped in the past have first opportunity, pre-registration is required. Pre-registration papers will be mailed out to previous campers Spring 2010. Wayne County Fair Board reserves the right to refuse permission to camp. People forgoing their camping spot are NOT allowed to pass along their camping to other people. The Wayne County Fair Board will issue that spot to the next people on waiting list.

Camping Fees will be as follows:

Primitive Camping(campers with no electric or water) $15 per night or $40 for entire Fair
Deluxe Camping( water and/or electric) $20 per night or $100 for entire Fair.

Other Rules

No generators allowed after 9:00pm.
CURFEW-12 MIDNIGHT
No one except exhibitors and their parents or leaders, Fair Board members, and campers with special permission of the Executive Board may stay on the fairgrounds at night. All youth must be signed in and supervised by their parents or 4-H leader.

No adult may sign in or supervise more than three exhibitors. Any person, including campers, spending the night on the fairgrounds must register or be signed in by parents or leaders at the Secretary's office by 9:00 p.m. each day. No vehicles will be allowed to enter or leave the fairgrounds between the hours of 12:00 a.m. midnight and 5:00 a.m., except by special permission.

EXHIBIT HOURS

Buildings will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. except during judging.
On Sunday buildings will be open from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m.

COMMERCIAL BOOTHS

A charge for commercial booths will be based on frontage foot. Booth rent must be paid in advance. Booth must be set up by 12 noon on Wednesday, July 23rd unless other arrangements have been made. A plaque will be awarded to 1st place commercial exhibit.

ADVERTISING

The distribution of handbills or other advertising matter is strictly prohibited and no tacking or posting of advertising bills, cards, etc. will be permitted on any of the buildings, telephone poles or elsewhere. Exhibitors will advertise and distribute from their booths or exhibits only.
